Greeting
Throughout our many years of providing facility, management our company has had the opportunity to learn about the characteristics of a large variety of companies. With this rich experience and knowledge as our basis, we formed JPI (Japan-Philippine International Corporation) in Kyoto. JPI was started with the aim of contributing to society through easing the issue of labor shortages by providing foreign labor using specialized international management techniques.
JPI is the general agent in Japan for YWA Human Resource Corporation, a Filipino personnel placement agency. Every year YWA sends 5,000 workers to locations around world, and is highly regarded, having received the highest award from POEA (Philippine Overseas Employment Administration). It has also received multiple awards of excellence in Australia for its services.
JPI uses its knowledge of working with YWA and domestic staffing agencies as its primary basis. This is used to provide personnel management that takes into consideration the specialized requirements of local companies.

International Staffing Services
With cooperation from domestic and international organizations and foreign resident support groups as a basis, we provide consulting services for Utilization of international personnel system, as well as support for expansion into the Philippines, and employment support for foreign students. We also provide international employment and management strategy support.
JPI has registration permission from the Japanese government to introduce Filipino workers to places of employment in Japan. We can meet your staffing needs by introducing both Filipinos who speak English as a second language, as well as foreigners who are already living in Japan. All immigration procedures will be dealt with by an experienced paralegal, who will use their skills to ensure the process flows as smoothly as possible.
